How I intend to Utilize my Blog within my Classroom

As a Grade Four teacher, I intend to use my blog to develop literacy and encourage discussions among students, especially those who are considered as slow learners. Students will be required to respond to postings made by me within a given time period. They will be expected to read, discuss and comment on topics being posted by me and their peers. This will definitely encourage more participation and the sharing of ideas among students. I will then be able to comment and give students guidance where necessary.
